2. START UP ( Fig. 11 )
Following controls to ensure proper compliance with safety conditions, the machine operator should:
Load the ingredients manually into the tank, with the mobile guard OPEN. During functioning, the remaining ingredients can
be loaded with the guard CLOSED.
The ingredients should be handled with care, reducing the minimum height of the edge of the tank.
Packs should be opened in the lower part of the tank to prevent flour escaping.
1.
Lift the guard (1) and load into the tank (2) the dough ingredients.
The machine is designed for standard doughs of about 65% flour and 35% water. For more compact doughs the capacity
is reduced.
2.
Lower the guard (1) and switch on.
3.
Start up the machine following the instructions in the previous section (section 5 / page 22 ).
In addition

MANUAL OPERATION

Processing continues until stopped by the machine operator.
Set the tank rotation speed, "slow " or " fast ".
Press I - II ( ON ) to start up the machine.
OPERATION WITH TIMER
Processing ends when the TIMER reaches 0
Set the tank rotation speed, "slow " or "fast "
Press I - II ( ON ) to start up the machine.
