WARRANTY
All the components and equipment, excluding electrical parts, have a 12-month warranty, provided faults are related to
manufacturing defects. Goods under warranty shall be delivered freight forward. Goods provided under warranty shall none-
theless be invoiced; upon receipt of the goods (sent carriage paid) requested as replacements under warranty, a credit note
shall be issued. The warranty does not include replacement of the equipment. The warranty does not include labour costs for
the replacement of spare parts or any other related cost.
SHIPMENTS
Goods are sent at the client's risk. Any disputes and claims for defective materials shall be notified to the haulier at the mo-
ment of taking possession of the goods. Please note the haulier's liability and hence the need to notify him of any defects in
the goods on receipt. The manufacturer is not liable for any defects not reported to the haulier at the moment of handing over
the goods, even where the goods are delivery carriage paid with the delivery cost invoiced.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be settled by the Court with jurisdiction in the Manufacturer's place of business.
