Alternate frontal raises

This exercise isolates the front part of the
shoulders.
Muscles used: front deltoid
Movement:
- position the backrest in the last hole
- sit on the bench, keeping your back firmly
against the backrest
- in the starting position your arms are close
to your torso, perpendicular to the ground;
the palm of your hand is facing backwards
- lift your arm up behind your head, then
return to the starting position; during the
return phase start the movement with your
other arm.
