This exercise isolates the central part of the
shoulders.
Muscles used: middle deltoid
Movement:
- position the backrest in the last hole
- sit on the bench, keeping your back firmly
against the backrest
- in the starting position, your arms should be

bent
- raise your arms until your elbows reach
shoulder height, with the palms of your
hands turned towards the ground.
