4.2. CONFIGURATION OF FILTERING CYCLES
The electric switchboard has a timer – programmer enabling filtering times, start-up and shutdown of
the equipment to be automated. Follow these steps to programme this function:
1. Setting the time: Remove the transparent cover from the timer. Turn the inside dial of the timer
clockwise until the current time coincides with the arrow (triangle) of the base.(D)

2. Programme operation period: The timer has 48 tabs, each one is equivalent to half an hour.
The tabs can be lifted (off) or pressed down (on). Programme the operation time leaving the tabs
pressed as required.

3. Activating the automatic function: The timer – programmer has a two-position switch AUTO or
PERM. The PERM position activates the manual operation of the pump. I n the AUTO position,
the timer tabs control the operation or shutdown of the pump. (B)

When switch B is placed in PERM, the system is then controlled by switch C.
Trigger C can be turned anti-clockwise. Follow the direction to stop or start filtering.
