Do not try to unlock the tie supplying hook or the eventually caught tie wire before turning off the battery.

The tying is over when the hook goes back to the initial position and there are no foreign materials entangled.
Before starting any tying operation, please check there are no objects hidden among the branches, such as
electric wires, iron wires, other branches and leaves. These things can affect the correct hook movement.

When operating the tool, always hold it in one hand and keep it at a distance of at least 5 cm away from the other
hand and any other part of your body.
•
The tie supplying sytem must be checked and cleaned frequently. Caught materials can affect the tying effect and
overload the tool. The warranty becomes void in case of damages due to missing maintenance operations,
i9ndicated in this manual.

Do not try to repair the tool yourself. Bring it to an Authorised Service Point in case of need. All repair and
maintenance operations which are not described in this manual can only be performed by an Authorised Service
Point.

Use only the tie suggested by the manufacturer. The use of another kind of tie makes the tool warranty become
void.
2.12 Special safety instruction for battery tool
•
Make sure the battery switch is in OFF position before connecting the tool to the battery. The equipment can be
damaged if the connection is carried out with the switch in ON position.
•
The battery charger has been designed for indoor use only. All charging operations must be performed indoor.
•
Disconnect the battery before cleaning the charger in order to avoid damages and electrical shock risks.
•
Do not expose the battery to the sun or to intense light. Do not put the battery in contact with hot surfaces. The
battery could explode.
•
Let the battery cool completely before charging it.
•
Do not disassemble or damage battery, in order to avoid any injuries.
•
When it is not used,

2.13 Correct use of the battery charger
•
Use the charger only with rechargeable batteries, otherwise it could cause fires or explosions. Use original charger
to keep safety.
•
Always check the charger, the cable and the plug before any use. If they are damaged, take them to an Authorised
Service Point for repair or replacement. Do not use damaged battery chargers. Do not try to repair them by
yourself. This will keep the equipment safe.
•
Check that the charger voltage matches that of the battery, otherwise it could cause injuries.
•
Disconnect the charger before operating the battery switch.
•
Keep the charger clean, away from humid environments and rain. Do not use the charger outdoors. Dirt or water
can cause injuries or equipment damages.
•
The charger is designed for using it with original batteries only. Otherwise it could cause fire or explosions.
•
Do not use damaged chargers. It will reduce injury risks.
•
Do not use the charger on flammable surfaces, such as paper.
•
The battery is not fully charged when you buy it. It must be charged for 4-5 hours before the first use of the tool.
•
Usual charging time is 4-5 hours. Do not charge the battery too long, in order to avoid any battery damages. Make
sure charging at indicate just 1 LED light, this will ensure at battery life.
