The TeCom-F6 is available in two versions:
TeCom-F6 VHF-COM
The operation of this commercial handheld transceiver requires a license and
fees apply. It can only be operated according to the Declaration of Conformity
that is included in the sope of delivery. The radio can only be operated on
authorized, assigned frequencies in the range between 139 - 174 MHz with the
maximal assigned output power.
TeCom-F6 UHF-COM
The operation of this commercial handheld transceiver requires a license and
fees apply. It can only be operated according to the Declaration of Conformity
that is included in the sope of delivery. The radio can only be operated on
authorized, assigned frequencies in the range between 440 - 470 MHz with the
maximal assigned output power.
Channels 1 - 15/16 are not programmed. They have to programmed accord-
ing the licence that has been issued by the government agency.
For programming the TeCom-F6, the software T-UP9 with the suitable pro-
gramming cable is required. Programming should be performed by experts
only in conjunction with the according measuring equipment.

Mounting of the accumulator

Turn the rear panel towards you.
At lower end of the battery pack two protrusions can be found. The correspon-
ding parts on the radio are located at the bottom.
Place the lower part of the battery pack into the according part of the radio and
bring the upper part of the battery pack toward the radio. Next, push the battery
pack at the upper part with your thumb toward the radio until the lock snaps in.
Detaching the accumulator
Turn again the unit's rear panel towards you. To release the accumulator from
the unit you have to push up the latch, which is located at the top of the radio,
with your thumb until the battery pack snaps out. After the battery pack slid out
of the unit's slip planes, take it off.
Mounting and removing the belt clip
Turn the rear unit's panel with mounted accumulator towards you.
Mounting: Insert the springy support of the belt clip from above into
the corresponding guide on the back of the accumulator. Push the belt
clip into the direction of the unit's base until the belt clip's latch clicks
into place.
Detaching: The latch of the belt clip is located on the accumulator's back near
the top side. Pull the latch with a small screwdriver or a similar tool away from
the accumulator's back and, simultaneously, push the belt clip towards the unit's
top side. After the belt clip is slid out of its guide you can take it off.

Operation of the TEAM TeCom-F6

1) Turning the unit On/Off

To turn the radio on, rotate the volume control with the ON/OFF
switch [OFF] ( 4 ) from its rest position clockwise until you hear a
clicking sound. If the beep tone function is activated, a short tone
will be heard from the loudspeaker ( 8 ). The TeCom-F6 is now in
reception mode.
To turn off the radio, rotate the volume control with ON/OFF switch [OFF] ( 4 )
counterclockwise to the final stop [OFF] until you hear a clicking sound.
