9. Troubleshooting

Problem
Motor will not start / motor stops
while working
Abnormal noise
Excessive Vibration
Poor grass collection
Lawn cuts unevenly
Lawnmower becomes
heavy to push
Charging control lamp still
flashes after 15 min. charging
Charging control lamp still
still flashes after several attempts
Important :
Unplug the safety key and remove battery.
IMPORTANT:- Beware of sharp blade ! Wear Gloves
Possible cause
Safety key is not inserted
Battery is not inserted
Red LED light flashing
Battery is not charged
Green LED and Error LED
both lights flashing
Motor temperature is high
Yellow LED and Error LED
both lights flashing.
Battery temperature is high
Red LED and Error LED
both lights flashing
Controller temperature is high
Error LED light flashing
Overcurrent/motor is blocked
Error LED light on continuously
Motor sensor failure
Screws/components loose
Blade fitted incorrectly
Foreign bodies on the blade
Blade very dirty
Blade damaged
Cutting height too low
Grassbox is full
Grass discharge chute is blocked/
grass has collected under deck
Blade is blunt
Grass is too long
Grass is too long
Battery is fully discharged
Battery or charging unit defective
Remedy
Insert safety key (see 5. Initial
Operation)

Operation).
Put product out of the sun,
Wait 15 minutes for product
to cool down and re-start.

unplug the battery charger from
the mains socket.
