6.4 Troubleshooting
Important!
The following table shows a number of common malfunctions and their probable
cause. If a malfunction cannot be eliminated by following the instructions in the
table, please contact your authorised dealer.
Problem
No motor noise/lift does not
move
Lift can be moved upwards but
not lowered
Lift stops during lifting opera-

Possible causes
Battery is not properly inserted
Battery is empty
Contacts are contaminated
Contacts are bent
Cable is damaged
Low-voltage protection is trig-
gered
Load is excessive
Fuse is defective
Battery is defective
Suction cups are worn or dam-
aged
Remedy
Insert battery (see chapter 5.3)
Recharge battery (see
chapter 5.1)
Clean contacts
Readjust contacts
Contact vendor for replace-
ment of the cable
Recharge battery

may only be used by persons
weighing less than 120 kg.
