5. Safety instructions
Set up the machine on level, non-slip ground.
The machine should not wobble.
Make sure that the voltage on the rating plate is
the same as your supply system. Only then are
you to insert the power plug in the mains socket-
outlet.
Put on safety goggles.
Put on ear muffs.
Put on safety gloves.
Never use cracked diamond cutting wheels but
replace immediately.
Never use segment-type cutting wheels.
Caution: The cutting wheel continues to rotate
after switching off!
Do not slow down the cutting wheel by applying
pressure to its side.
Caution: The diamond cutting wheel has to run
in the water bath!
Pull out the power plug before you change the
cutting wheel.
Use only suitable diamond cutting wheels: ø 150
- ø 180 mm, bore ø 25.4 mm, width 2.2 mm.
Caution: Note the width of the adjusting bracket!
Close the guard hood when you are finished with
your work.
Never leave the machine unattended in rooms
with children.
Keep the machine out of children's reach.
Pull out the power plug before you check the
electric motor compartment system.
6. Assembly instructions
To assemble the machine, proceed as follows:
(see the drawing on page 3)
1. Insert the adjusting bracket (13) in accordance
with section (A) but do not tighten the screws.
2. Fit the diamond cutting wheel in accordance with
section (C)
- insert the flange (22) in the drive shaft as
shown in the drawing;
- mount the diamond cutting wheel (21) on the
flange (22) (note the direction of rotation);
- insert the counter-flange (20) and then tighten
with the nut (19).
3. Align the adjusting bracket (13) in one direction
with the cutting wheel and screw tight.
4. Put on the guard hood (2) and fix with the thumb
screw (5) and the nut (3).
5. Fasten the side cover (18) with the self-tapping
screws (16).

6. Insert the straight fence (8) in accordance with
section (B).
7. Screw in the two clamping screws (37) as shown
and fasten the table in the inclined position
required.
7. Changing the diamond cutting
wheel
To replace a worn cutting wheel, proceed as
follows:
a.) Pull out the power plug.
b.) Take out the water trough.
c.) Undo the screws (16) and remove the side
cover (18).
d.) Undo the nut (19).
e.) Take out the worn diamond cutting wheel and
place a new one on the flange (22). Mount the
counter flange (20) and tighten with the nut
(19).
f.) Re-fit the side cover (18) with the screws (16).
