After 400 hours of operation:
– After approx. 400 hours of operation, the
suction motor's carbon brushes must be
checked and, if necessary, replaced.

5.3 Battery charging

Connect battery charger to battery charge
connector (H2), at the same time disconnec-
ting the emergency stop connector (G1/H1)
and connecting the charger to the fixed por-
tion of the battery charge connector (H2).
Warning! See Safety instructions, Sec. 5.1.
NOTE:
– Follow the battery charger manufacturer's
operating instructions.
– A minimum of 12 hours is required to ful-
ly charge a battery.
– Battery and battery charger are matched
to one another. We accept no liability if
battery chargers other than those recom-
mended by Wetrok are used.
– Do not recharge after brief periods of
use. (Allow at a minimum a 20% dischar-
ge before recharging.)
– Recharge batteries from time to time if
they are not used for extended periods (to
prevent a deep discharge).
– The battery contacts should be covered
to prevent metal objects (such as tools)
from making a connection between them
and causing a short circuit.
5.4 Access to the batteries
– Use the main key switch key to unlock the
tank housing (E1).
– Then lift up the tank housing (E1) (see Fig. E).
This will expose the important serviceable
components. The battery charge connector
(H2) for the batteries is accessible from the
outside.
NOTE:
Make sure that, before you lift up the tank
housing (E1), the tank has been emptied of
its contents (see Sec. 3.5).
If the machine is used over multiple
shifts, acquisition of a second battery
pack and battery-switching device is re-
commended. The Wetrok customer servi-
ce department will be happy to assist you
further.

7. Service
All Wetrok machines have been factory-te-
sted for safety. For operating safety and to
preserve the value of the machine, the ma-
