• You must always face the ladder when entering or exiting the pool.
• Never use the ladder for purposes other than for which it was intended, i.e. entering and exiting the pool. It is not intended for diving
or jumping.
• The ladder must be removed when not swimming.
• Do not leave toys near the pool and in the pool when it is not supervised.
• Periodically check that all pool parts are in good condition (e.g.: traces of rust on bolts and screws).
Tighten or change screws and nuts as necessary.
• Never modify parts; never remove parts; and never drill holes in the pool.
• Keep the water clear and healthily at all times.
• Never swim while the filtration system is in operation.
• Never operate the filtration system while using your pool.
• Scrupulously follow the installation instructions, and consult the safety instructions for use and storage including on chemical agent
packaging.
• Store chemical agents out of the reach of children.
• Memorize and display emergency numbers near the pool (fire brigade: 18 in France, ambulance: 15 in France, poison control centre).
• Provide a telephone near the pool so you do not leave your children unattended when you place a call.
We recommend you secure access to the nished pool using a protective device.
The equipment listed below may contribute to safety.
Under no circumstances does it replace close surveillance.
• Protective barrier (as per NF P306) with a constantly closed door (for example a hedge may not be considered a barrier).
• Cover (as per NF P 308) or manual or automatic protective shelter (as per NF P 309) correctly installed and secured.
• Electronic presence or fall detector (as per NF P 307), operating and operational.
In case of accident:
• Get the child out of the water as quickly as possible.
• Immediately call the emergency services and follow the instructions provided.
• Replace wet clothing with warm blankets.

A FEW REGULATIONS
Before installing your pool and the electrical equipment, you must check with your town hall regarding local and city
regulations.
If you are renting, please notify your landlord before installing.
Make sure you follow safety standards regarding protective devices. Select a suitable site for your pool considering the following
points:
• Distance between the pool and the fence.
• Surrounding trees (roots, falling leaves).
• Proximity to overhead electrical wires, clotheslines.
• Presence of underground cables and gas pipes.
• Do not install the pool on an asphalt, wood, peat, grass, or large gravel surface; terrace; slippery surfaces; inclined planes; or a terrain
treated with chemicals.
• Accessory placement (filtration systems).
• Electrical outlets and suitable water supply
• Sun orientation in your yard.
• Do not undertake pool installation in strong winds.
Nevertheless, in order to be in good standing regarding any water damage or civil liability risks, we recommend reporting your pool to
your insurance company.
