5. Possible charging configurations
Note
• The front charging cradle is only designed
for charging a Sixaxis, Sixaxis DualShock or a
Move controller.
• The rear charging cradle is only designed for
charging a Sixaxis, Sixaxis DualShock or a
navigation controller.
• The station is only designed to charge official
Sony controllers.
When charging two controllers simultaneously, you
can choose from the following options (keeping in
mind the information given above):
Option 1:
Charging 2 Sixaxis (DualShock) controllers
• Both slots work with both controllers
Option 2:
Charging one Move controller and one naviga-
tion controller
• The Move controller is charged in the front slot
and the navigation controller in the back slot.
Option 3:
Charging one Sixaxis (DualShock) controller
and one Move controller
• The Move controller is charged in the front slot
and the Sixaxis (DualShock) controller in the
back slot.
Option 4:
Charging one Sixaxis (DualShock) controller and
one navigation controller
• The Sixaxis controller is charged in the front slot
and the navigation controller in the back slot.
Note
Controller with deep discharge may need a high
energy rate to start the charging process. To
get your controller out of the deep discharge,
please plug in your controller to your console,
by using your Sony USB-cable. After a short time
of charging, the controller can be used with the
charging station again.
