17 After Finishing Work
Vacuuming
► Hold the unit firmly with your right hand on the
control handle and the left hand on the loop
handle, keeping the handles cradled between
your thumb and fingers.
► Direct the nozzle to the edges of the pile of
material to be vacuumed.

mended ambient temperature ranges,
Observe all applicable laws, regulations, stand‐
ards and ordinances.

Activating the Boost Function
The shredder vac operates at maximum power
when the boost function is activated.
To activate the boost function:
► Override the trigger switch's (1) end position
and hold it there.
De-activate the boost function by releasing the
trigger switch (1).

Generally, battery life will be shorter when oper‐
ating continuously in the boost level.
16.4
Empty the Catcher Bag
To empty the catcher bag
► Switch off the shredder vac,
► Remove the battery,
► Remove the catcher bag from the shredder
vac.
► Carry the catcher bag by the carrying handles.
► Open the catcher bag completely and dispose
all contents in accordance with local regula‐
tions and environmental requirements.
► Close the catcher bag completely.
► Attach the catcher bag to the shredder vac.

Preparing for Transportation or
Storage
WARNING
■ To reduce the risk of personal injury from unin‐
tended activation or unauthorized use, switch
off the motor and remove the battery before
transporting the shredder vac or putting it
down.
To prepare the shredder vac for transportation or
storage:
► Switch off the shredder vac,
► Remove the battery,
► If the battery or shredder vac became damp or
wet during operation, allow them to dry sepa‐
rately and completely before charging or stor‐
ing,
