Follow the steps from 1 to 6 for wearing harness.
Step 1: Hold the harness by the back D-ring and shake to allow any tangled straps to fall into place, as shown in Figure 2.
Step 2: Unbuckle chest and leg straps. If the harness have waist belt, unbuckle it too.
Step 3: Slip the straps over the shoulders, so the back D-ring is located in the middle of the back between shoulder blades.
Step 4: Connect the chest strap and position in the mid chest area, then tighten shoulder straps.
Step 5: Pull the end of one leg strap between the legs and secure to the opposite end. Repeat this step with the other leg. If
harness have waist belt, connect that after the leg straps. After adjustment, the gap between the leg straps and the thigh can
be inserted into the fingers, which is the best fit at this time.
Step 6: Pull harness up or down at the back so waist belt sits on the upper hip, adjust the belt length and connect the belt
buckles. After adjustment, the gap between the waist belt and the hip can be inserted into the fingers, which is the best fit at
this time.

• The waist belt is padded and has two lateral attachment points, which are used as attachment points for work
positioning. Passing a lanyard around the anchorage, and the connectors at both ends of the lanyard are connected
to the hip attachment points (Fig.1, 9) on both sides of the waist belt to achieve work positioning. Using the pass
through buckle or quick release buckle to connect and adjust the waist belt to fit the body.
• EN 358: The waist belt is not suitable for fall arrest purposes and that a waist belt should not be used if there is a
foreseeable risk of the user becoming suspended or being exposed to unintended tension by the waist belt.
For waist belt:
Place the waist belt sits on the upper hip, adjust the belt length and connect the belt buckles. After adjustment, the gap
between the waist belt and the hip can be inserted into the fingers, which is the best fit at this time.
