10 Warranty instructions
In accordance with regulations, the warranty period for pellet stoves produced by our company is 2
years (from the date of invoice). During the warranty period, the company will supply spare parts for
all defects related to a product quality problem during normal use.
· Stoves that fail due to unauthorised modification or non-compliant installation are not covered under
warranty.
· If the warranty card and the purchase invoice are changed, the warranty immediately lapses.
· Keep the warranty card and purchase invoice as the warranty certificate for this product.
