8.1 Errors and solutions
ALARM 1:
Cause: The maintenance interval has been reached; it is necessary to check the entire stove, clean it, verify
the program, etc.
Solution: Enter the interface of the TECH menu, find the maintenance time and multiply it by two. For example,
if the number is 30, after seeing ALARM MAINTENANCE please set it to 60, in future when you see this alarm
again, set it to 90 and so on.
ALARM 2:
Cause: Ignition fault.
Solution:
1. Check the presence or absence of pellets in the tank, and refill as required.
2. Check for presence or absence of slag or ash in the combustion crucible; if this is the case,
clean it, then replace it in the right position.
3. The ignition is successful but alarms are also triggered, perhaps the pellets are insufficiently
supplied.
