TROUBLESHOOTING
Before making repairs, read the following content carefully to fix common problems .
PROBLEM
Out of operation
The fan cannot be operated with the
Remote control
High operating noise
When oscillating, the fan is vibrating
If the problem persists, contact IRIS USA, Inc . Customer Service Department or a qualified professional .
Warning: Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product yourself . Any other servicing should be performed by any
authorized service representative .
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The Power plug is not inserted securely
into the outlet
The battery has died
The positive and negative polarities of
the batteries (front and back) have been
set incorrectly
There is a blockage between the Remote
control receiver and Remote control
The remote control is not directed
towards the right direction
The product is not placed in a level
surface and main unit rocks
When oscillating, the Motor-specific
sounds can become noisy

SOLUTION
Insert the Power plug securely into the
outlet .
Replace with new batteries .
Set the battery in the right direction .
Remove the blockage .
Within 4 meters, direct the infrared
light-emitter of the Remote control
towards the Remote control receiver of
the Control panel .
Use this product on a smooth surface .
This is normal .
