CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the power plug from the electric socket before cleaning.
CAUTION
Use of strong cleaning agents such as amylacetic ester, alcohol, oil, etc. can cause fading,
deformation or breakdown.
Air Entry Port and Air Outlet
If dust has accumulated in Air Entry Port or Air Outlet,
use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.
The air entry port cover can also be removed for
cleaning.
Main Body
Use a soft cloth to wipe off the dust.
If the dust is hard to remove, wipe with a cloth
soaked in mild neutral detergent and then wipe off
the detergent with a fully wrung cloth.
Storage
If product is not in use for extended periods of time,
cover the product and store in places with low
humidity and no direct sunlight.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems.

POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Please plug the power plug securely into the
electric socket.
Please insert a new battery.
Please ensure the battery is inserted correctly.
Please ensure there is a clear path between
the sensor and the receiver.
Point the sensor on the remote at the remote
receiver on the main body from a maximum
of 16.4 ft/5.0 m away.
Place the product on a level, stable surface.
Please clean to remove the dust.
This is normal.
