18.2 Cleaning
Remove meat and dough residues from the
head tube by mincing a piece of bread.
Turn of the power and unplug the power cord.
Rmove the pusher (5) and hopper plate (6).
l) Loosen the fixing ring (12) and remove all
parts out of head tube (7)
m) Turn the locking handle (3) to horizontal
position and remove the head tube (7)
from tube inlet (4).
Wash all parts that were in contat with food in
hot soapy water. Clean all parts immediately
after use. Clean the parts with hot water and
dry them immediately after use.
You can clean the pusher (5), blade (9),
cutting plates (10, 11, 15), sausage accessory
(13) and dough accessory with patter (14) in
the dishwasher. Lubricate the blade and
cutting plate with vegetable oil.
► Please take care that the small parts does not disappear in the dishwasher.
