DISPLAY MENU
Using the PROG button you can access the following functions in
sequence:
- memorising the status of the dip-switches;
- display the status of the command and security devices;
- display the number of manoeuvres;
- access the "test" mode.
The status of the security devices TB, FTC1
and CSP are always shown on the display.
Memorising the DIP-SWITCH settings
The segments regarding the command status
(LED "ON" = command active) and safety status
(LED "ON" = safety device at rest) light up.
Activating TB-FTCI-CSP resets the display time
(additional 10 seconds).
The number of manoeuvres appears on the
display. This number always remains visible until
you change the setting. Once 999999 has been
exceeded the lighting up of the decimal point on
the display equals 1 million + the six figure
number.
Activating the "test" mode will force the boom to
close slowly (CSP is the only active safety device)
and then reopen completely: the activation of the
travel limit will set off the klaxon (KLX). When the
boom is completely open (blocked) you can
check the status of the command and safety
devices and carry out maintenance. The KLX
output and warning lights will activate once, each
time a
"TA-TC-TB-FTCI-CSP" command is
received.
In this mode you can also update the
maintenance register using the external program,
which is to be connected to the CSER
connection via cable (fig. 19).
While communication is active dashes will appear
on the display; after 5 seconds of inactivity you
will be moved back to the "test" mode.
To return to the normal operating mode press the
"test" command again: the boom will close and
you will be moved out of the "test" mode.
