ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
10. Locate the four Door Panels (N). Align the
Hinges (GG) with the holes in the Door Panels
(N). Attach the eight Hinges (GG) with sixteen
Hinge Screws (HH). Fully tighten the Hinge
Screws (HH) with a screwdriver. Align the door
assemblies to the cabinet by aligning the holes
in the Hinges (GG) with the mantel panels.
Attach the door assemblies with thirty-two
Hinge Screws (HH). Fully tighten the Hinge
Screws (HH) with a screwdriver. Adjust the
vertical height by loosening the four screws,
"A" in the diagram, on both hinges. Adjust up
or down by a few mm, if needed. Then tighten
the screws again. Adjust the depth by loosening
"B" screw, in the diagram, and adjust the door.
If the door cannot be adjusted, please loosen
screw "C", as shown in the diagram, then try
again. Tighten screw "B" and "C" as shown in
the diagram. Adjust the cabinet doors sideways
by turning the screw "C" on both hinges on
each door.
11. Insert eight Shelf Pins (FF) into the shelf pin
holes in the cabinet. Place the Adjustable
Shelves (K) on the Shelf Pins (FF).
12. Insert the firebox into the mantel through the
back opening. Push the firebox forward through
the back opening until the metal trim of the
firebox in flush with the side surrounds. Once
the firebox is in position, attach the firebox by
inserting and tightening six Firebox Screws
(KK) through the mounting brackets and into
the surround trims.
