Lift the rear door and remove the mulch plug.

Hold the grass catcher by its handle and attach
it securely to the mower using the hooks on the
door rod.

Release the rear door so that it rests on top of the
grass bag frame.

SWITCH TO MULCHING MODE
Mulching mode cuts grass clippings into smaller pieces
and disperses them back onto the lawn. The smaller
grass clippings break down and provide natural
fertilizer for the lawn. This mode eliminates the need to
collect and dispose of grass clippings, making mowing
more efficient and environmentally friendly.
1.
Lift the rear door and remove the grass bag, if it is
installed.
2.
Insert the mulch plug into the rear grass chute.
3.
Close the rear door and ensure it is pressing
against the mulch plug.
