Serial number
a) This appliance has a serial number printed
on its main label. Before operating the pressure
washer, write the serial number in the space
provided on the cover of the instruction manual.
This will ensure that even if the label gets
damaged from use, you will have the number
available.
b) Identifying the Serial Number (example):

• The first 6 digits represent the appliance´s
manufacturing batch.
• The 2 middle digits indicate the year of
manufacturing. For example: '20' means that the
appliance was made in 2020.
• The last 5 digits represent the appliance's
manufacturing sequence. For example: '00042'
means that this was the 42
batch.

Warranty
This product has a 12-month warranty, consisting
of a 90-day warranty as required by Article 26
of the Brazilian Consumer Rights Act, plus a
9-month contractual warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date of the
sales receipt. The receipt should be attached to
this manual as the warranty is only valid upon
presentation of the sales receipt.
During
the
12-month
TRAMONTINA GARIBALDI S.A. IND. MET.
promises to repair or replace, free of charge,
parts which, under normal conditions of use
and care, and after assessment by a technician,
present manufacturing defects.
Not covered by warranty:
- Use of the appliance without following the
instructions and precautions included in this
manual;
- Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and
tear over time (i.e. wear of carbon brushes, motor
overload, wrong voltage, etc.);
- Appliances that have been modified, opened,
or tampered with by third parties who are not
part
of
Tramontina's
Support Network;
- If no receipt or proof of purchase with the date
of purchase is produced.
