Instruction Manual
WARNING: improper extension cords can be
hazardous.
i) When operating pressure washers in
damp conditions, use a circuit breaker.
Using circuit breakers prevents electric shock
when the cord is overloaded.
3. PERSONAL SAFETY:
a) Unplug the vacuum before performing
any maintenance. This is necessary to prevent
electric shock.
b) Be alert, pay attention to what you are
doing and be cautious when operating
pressure washers. Do not use the pressure
washer if you are tired or under the influence of
alcohol, medication or drugs. A brief moment of
distraction may result in serious injury.
c) When operating the pressure washer, use
personal protective equipment (PPE). Use
correct personal protective equipment, such as
safety leather gloves, protective masks against
fumes, non-slip safety shoes, helmets, safety
overalls, ear muffs and protective goggles,
according to the type and usage of the appliance
reduces the risk of accidents.
WARNING: the noise level of this equipment
is 97 dB, which is why ear muffs are
mandatory.
ATTENTION: do not use the appliance in
close proximity to other people unless they
are also wearing protective equipment.
d) Avoid involuntary automatic switch-on of
the pressure washer. Make sure the pressure
washer is switched off before plugging it into the
power supply, lifting it or carrying it. Carrying
the pressure washer with your finger on the on/
off switch or plugging it in when the switch is on
may cause accidents.
e) Do not work in awkward positions. Always
keep your balance and a firm grip while using
the pressure washer. This gives you better
control in the event of unexpected situations.
f) Do not operate the pressure washer if
the power cord or important parts of the
appliance, such as high-pressure hoses and
safety devices, are damaged. A damaged
power cord, high-pressure hose and safety
devices increase the risk of accidents.
ATTENTION:
high-pressure
accessories and couplings are important
for equipment safety. Use only hoses,
accessories and couplings recommended
or supplied by the manufacturer.
g) Never direct the spray at other people or
at yourself to clean garments or shoes. The
water spray is very strong and, when directed
at garments, shoes or hands, can cause injury.
ATTENTION: high-pressure sprays can be
dangerous if used incorrectly. The spray
must not be directed at people, electrical
equipment or at the pressure washer.
h) Always keep plastic wrappings and other
packaging out of the reach of children.
Plastic wrappings may cause suffocation.
i) If the machine is not to be used for a
long time, it should be switched off and
unplugged. This prevents the equipment from
switching on by accident.
