Maintenance and Repair
1.
Disassemble the side
barriers of the toothed
belt.
2.
Lift the motor/gear
combination.
3.
Replace the toothed
belt.
4.
Lower the motor/gear
combination carefully.
5.
Check the tension of the
toothed belt.
Note:
• Pre-tensioning of the
toothed belt = 0!
• Do not change the factory
setting!
• An incorrect tension of
the toothed belt shortens
the lifespan of the toothed
belt, the gear and the
motor.
Adjust the belt tension.
• Loosen the lock nuts (C).
• Adjust the nuts (B) so that
the washers (A) can still
be moved just slightly.
• Fix this setting using the
counter nut.
6.
Assemble the side
barriers of the toothed
belt.
