for service will beaccepted i f received m orethan30 days afterthewarranty expires.

actsof God;(2) products which,in SIMER's solejudgement, have been subject t o negligence, abuse, a ccident, misapplication, tampering, or alteration;
(3)failures dueto improper i nstallation, operation, maintenance or storage; (4)atypical o r unapproved application, useor service; ( 5) failures caused
bycorrosion, rustor otherforeignmaterials i n thesystem, o r operation a tpressures i n excess o f recommended maximums.
