Troubleshooting
Q1 Tablet cannot power on.
·
Restart your tablet.
·
Press the power button to check if the tablet is in sleep mode.
·
Press and hold the power button for 7-8 seconds to restart the device.
Q2 Tablet can't be charged.
·
Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port.
·
Try with another compatible USB cable and power adapter.
Q3 An error message appears during operation.
·
Uninstall the app with the error message, then download and reinstall it.
·
Press and hold the power button for 7-8 seconds to restart the device.
Q4 Tablet can't be detected on computer.
·
Make sure the tablet is turned on.
·
Try with another USB cable.
·
Try with another USB port on your computer.
·
Check whether the USB connection mode between the tablet and computer is charging only. If so, switch
to media (MTP) or camera (PTP) mode.
Q5 Tablet can't connect to the wireless network.
·
Make sure your tablet's Wi-Fi is turned on.
·
Make sure to enter the correct password when connecting to Wi-Fi.
·
Restart the router.
·
Check the connection limit in the router settings to see if other devices are restricted from connecting
through filters.
·
Forget the current Wi-Fi, reset the router and connect to Wi-Fi again.
Q6 There is not enough storage space on the tablet.
·
Uninstall infrequently used apps.
Regularly clear the app's cache.
·

Install a Micro SD card to expand storage.
Q7 The screen is unresponsive.
·
Check the screen for dust or oil, if so, clean it with a cloth.
Q8 The stylus button does not work.
The side buttons of the stylus are only functional in Huion Note and HiPaint apps, and other software doesn't
support button functions. In addition, the functions of the side buttons can only be customized under HiPaint.
