8.1 Intended use
The device and the tablets are intended exclusively for private use for
analysing pool water. Suitable for use in wet environments both inside
and outside buildings.
8.2 Battery replacement
- The device must be dry.
- Ensure correct polarity when inserting.
- Close the battery compartment cover tightly.
8.3 Handling the tablets
- Only use Lovibond
- Remove the tablets from the protective film and place them in the
water sample, without touching them.
- Crush the tablet with a stirring rod while turning.
Disposal
- Devices and batteries labelled with this symbol must not be
disposed of with normal household waste.
- Dispose of the batteries and electrical devices in a suitable facility
in accordance with local legal regulations, at a specialised dealer
or at the manufacturer.
- Dispose of reagents in accordance with official regulations.
8.4 Maintenance
- Keep the device and stirring rod clean after use.
- Clean the test chamber only with a soft cloth and water.
- If the device is to be stored for a longer period of time, store it
without batteries and battery compartment cover.
