Code Problem
The vacuum cleaner shuts down and

does not charge.
E2 The vacuum cleaner does not charge.
E2 The vacuum cleaner does not charge.
The vacuum cleaner shuts down.
E3 The device turns off and displays E3.
E5 The device turns off and displays E5.
E6 The device turns off and displays E6.

Possible cause
The battery does not work any
longer.
The metallic tubes, floor
brushes, batteries, or the
device itself are not properly
assembled.
The dirt tank is full. Fig. 16
The filter has too much dust.

Insufficient charge time.
The battery is old.
Solution
Charge the vacuum cleaner.
Make sure all parts of the
vacuum cleaner are correctly
assembled.
Clean the dirt.
Clean or replace the filter.
Clean the dirt inside the elec-
tric rotary brush.
Fully charge the battery fol-
lowing the instructions in this
manual.
Batteries are easily recycled.
Go to the closest maintenance
point and buy new batteries.
Cause
Short circuit.
The charger's voltage is below 36.3
V
The charger's voltage is below 32.1 V
Low battery.
The motor short-circuits when the
battery is low.
Main motor overload (second level).
Main motor overload.
