Putting on the carrying

strap
Never wear the carrying
strap diagonally across your
shoulders and chest: only
wear it on one shoulder to
ensure you can detach the
device quickly from your
body in the event of danger.
Pulling the push-fit lock (21) relea-
ses the device quickly from the
carrying strap. To open the push-fit
lock, press the two clamps together.
1. Place the carrying strap (12) on one
shoulder.
2. Adjust the length of the strap so that
the snap hook is approximately 10 cm
below your hip.
3. Attach the snap hook on the eyelet to
insert the strap:
- in blow mode: position 11.2.
- in suction mode: position 11.1.
Operating the leaf

ble clothing and work gloves
when working with the de-
vice. Make sure that the de-
vice is functioning properly
before every use. Make sure
that the collection bag and
the tube are assembled cor-
rectly and the carrying strap
is adjusted correctly for work.
Stop using the device if the
on/of switch is damaged.
Personal protective equip-
ment and a fully functional
appliance reduce the risk of
injuries and accidents.
After switching off the de-
vice, the impeller wheel
continues to rotate for some
time. Danger of injury due to
rotating tool.
Note noise protection laws and lo-
cal regulations.

Turning on and off
Before switching on device, make
sure it is not in contact with any ob-
jects. Ensure stable positioning.
1. Connect the machine to the power sup-
ply.
2. To turn on, push the on/off switch (4):
- in blow mode: to the right.
- in suction mode: to the left.
3. In order to regulate the suction/
blowing power, press the volume con-
trol (3).
4. To turn off, push the on/off switch (4):
- in blow mode: to the left.
- in suction mode: to the right.
Working with the leaf blower
The leaf vacuum/blower may
only be used for the follow-
ing purposes:
- As a blower to pile up dry
leaf material or to blow mate-
rial out of places that are hard
to access (e.g. under cars)
- As a suction device to suck
up dry leaf material. The
device also functions as a
shredder in the suction func-
tion. The dry leaves are
