Using Electric propulsion mode
The user controls the rotational speed of the motor by freely turning the pedals,
in the forward direction, using the MAGIC LEVER.

1. Turn the pedal to find the point of maximum e ort pressing in ard (normally
ith the crank arm parallel to the floor). ( ee fig. 54)
2. Loosen the scre from the guide ring. ( ee fig. 55)
3. Put hand on the grip and align the slit on the guide ring with the centre of the
arm. ( ee fig. 56)
4. Tighten the scre on the guide ring to 2 Nm. ( ee fig. 57)
How it works
1. The left hand presses inward. ( ee fig. 58)
2. Twist forward for shorter gears. ( ee fig. 59)
3. Twist backward for longer gears. ( ee fig. 59)
LIGHTS
There is a button on the HANDBIKE BATEC HIBRID QUAD handlebar to switch on
the front and rear lights. When you push the button, the front light will go on in
normal mode and the light indicator on the display panel
you push the front light button again, they change to high-beam mode, and so on.
To turn o the lights, hold the button do n for 2 seconds. The front light is belo
the battery and the t o rear lights, on either side of the stand frame. ( ee fig. 23, 24)
