OPERATION
If the mains cable is connected to a socket
outlet with a fault current circuit breaker,
ensure that the power supply is correctly
earthed. The heater converts the voltage
according to the rating plate. A working
coil, the flexible induction cable of the in-
duction wire, the induction spiral coil or the
induction spiral are inserted at the end of
the electrodes and fastened with clamping
screws. The coil transforms the current into
a high-frequency magnetic alternating
field. The magnetic field crosses the meta-
llic conducting work surface and vibrates
the electrons in the metal by the principle
of electromechanical induction. The kinetic
energy is dissipated as heat which heats
up any metal within the working area of the
tool. The less a material is magnetised, the
more heat is given off. Therefore, it does
not affect glass, plastics, wood, fabrics
and other non-conductive materials. The
device is switched on as long as the switch
05-300
is held down.

The service life of the induction coil can be
extended by heating the objects only to
the point where the seized oxide gasket
breaks. The coil insulation melts if it is held
directly next to the nuts. Release of corro-
ded, rusted and <<seized>> nuts and bolts.
1. Switch on the induction heater.
2. Place the coil around the seized nut for
only 2 seconds and then try to free the nut
with a spanner or socket spanner. You can
use the coil again for another 2 seconds
and try to release it again.
It is not normally necessary to heat a nut
until it is incandescent in order to free it
from corrosion.
Use of the mouldable induction wire
The wire can be shaped so that any of
the above coil jobs can be performed. To
release screws and nuts:
1. Configure the thread according to the
size of the nut by winding it onto a housing
of the nut.
2. Insert the two ends of the induction wire
through the electrodes and tighten the
clamping screws.
3. Place the wire around the nut for 2 se-
conds and try to release it. You can repeat
the process.
