PRODUCT PRESENTATION
This is an induction heating system for the
workshop/car industry. It heats by means
of high frequency magnetic fields. Particu-
larly suitable for removing plastic parts.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions
carefully before using the
product.
Failure to follow these instruc-
tions correctly may result in
personal injury and/or dama-
ge to the product.
Keep these instructions for future reference.
Wear protective goggles, as well as suita-
ble coveralls, breathing mask and protec-
tive gloves.
Switch off the equipment when not in use.
A) General workplace safety rules
Keep bystanders away during operation of
the induction heater.
Keep the workplace clean and ensure
good lighting to avoid accidents.
In dry weather, work in the open air. If this is
not possible, ensure good ventilation and
a dry workplace indoors. Ensure that air is
moved from indoors to outdoors with fans.
Always have a fully charged fire extingui-
sher at hand.
B) Personal safety rules
Do not use the heater or come within one
metre of it if you are wearing a pacemaker
or any other type of surgical implant. The
magnetic fields emitted by the tools pose
a danger to the proper functioning of
medical electronic devices. Avoid wearing
clothing with metal components. They heat
up quickly and can cause burns.
Remove all metal objects from the body
when working with the heater.
Do not use the heater while under the in-
fluence of drugs, alcohol or any medication
that affects your cognitive abilities.
Do not use the wand within 10 cm of any
airbag component. Know the location of
the airbags before using the wand.
Maintain a safe and stable position to
control the heater properly. Always wear
protective goggles. Wear a face mask, the
vapours generated when heating adhesi-
ves are toxic. Wear heat-resistant gloves.
C) Electrical safety rules
Do not use the heater in wet conditions
and do not immerse in water. Disconnect
heater from power supply before changing
adapters. Handle the electrical cord with
care and keep it away from heat, oils, sha-
rp edges and moving parts. Do not use the
heater if the cord is damaged. Disconnect
the heater from the power supply when not
in use.
Use only one fully uncoiled extension cord.
D) Fire regulations

any container containing combustibles,
gases or liquids under pressure. Work with
an approved fire extinguisher within reach.
E) Safety rules for the use of the induction
heater
Do not leave the heater unattended when
it is switched on. Do not excessively bend
the electric cable. Ensure that the applian-
ce is sufficiently ventilated. Use the correct
voltage. Observe the duty cycle:
1 minute heating (on) - 1 minute cooling (off)
/ 2 minutes heating - 2 minutes cooling.
