OPERATION
STORING MACHINE
1. Drain and rinse tanks thoroughly.
2. Store machine in a dry area with squeegee and
scrub head in the raised position.
3. Remove recovery tank lid to promote air
circulation.
ATTENTION If storing machine in freezing
temperatures, be certain to drain machine of all
water. Damage due to freezing temperatures is not
covered by warranty.
WARNING: Do Not Use Outdoors. Do Not
Expose To Rain. Store Indoors.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
No power.
Brush motor does not operate.
Vacuum motor does not operate.
Safety lights do not work.
Little or no solution flow.

CAUSE
Fuse blown or circuit breaker
tripped in building.
Power cord disconnected.
Faulty extension cord.

Faulty brush switch.
Machine circuit breaker has tripped. Clean or replace pad or brush and
Rectifier has burned out.
Faulty wiring.
Faulty brush motor.
Carbon brushes worn.
Faulty vacuum switch or wiring.
Faulty vacuum motor.
Carbon brushes worn.
Flasher is burned out.
Solution flow lever is not activated.
Solution line is clogged.
Solution valve is clogged.
Solution flow adjustment knob
needs adjusting.
SOLUTION
Replace fuse or reset breaker in
building.
Connect power cord.
Replace extension cord.

Push solution flow lever forward.
Remove hose and blow
compressed air through it.
Remove valve and clean. Do not
scratch or damage inside of valve.
Adjust solution flow knob to
increase solution flow. Turn knob
down to increase flow.
