• Put a suitable cooking pan on the
selected cooking area. Make sure the
bottom part of the pan and the cooking
area are both clean and dry.
• Press the selection button of the
cooking area and a 0 indicator will
flash
• Adjust the power of the selected
area with the + and – buttons or the
general + and – buttons (depending on
the model).
• After cooking (image 11 on page 7):
• Press the selection button of the
cooking area you want to turn off.
Turn off the cooking area by pressing
"-" and sliding it down until you reach
"0". Make sure the display shows "0"
and then it shows "H".
• Turn the cooking hob completely by
pressing the "ON/OFF" button.
• Be careful with the hot surfaces (with
temperatures over 60ºC) the cooking
hob will show which cooking area
is hot with the "H" symbol. When
the surface has cooled down to a
safe temperature this symbol will
disappear. You may also use it to save
energy if you want to heat up other
pans, you can use the cooking area
that is still hot.
• Double or triple ring function (image 12
on page 7):
• Press the selection button of the
cooking area.
• Then press the double or triple ring
button. The double or triple ring
function will start (see image 13 on
page 7)
• The light indicator located to the left
of the ring button will activate.
• If you want to turn off the ring
function, if it is connected, press again
the double or triple ring button.
• Lock:
• Press the lock button to lock the
cooking hob (image 15 on page 8)
• Press and hold the lock button for 3
seconds to deactivate the lock (image
16 on page 8)

• Locking the cooking hob is useful
to prevent involuntary use. It also
prevents children from using it.
• Keep in mind that if the cooking hob
is locked, all the buttons, except the on
and off button, will be deactivated.
• Timer:
• Set the timer to turn off a cooking area
(image 14 on page 7):
• Press the button to select a cooking
area
• Press the timer button, it will show
30 minutes.
• Or press the timer button, the
indicator will show "30". The tens
digit will flash, adjust the timer for
the tens digit using the "+" and/or
"-" buttons. Once you have adjusted
the timer for the tens digit it will
flash for 3 seconds and then it will
stop flashing and the units digit will
flash. Use the "+" and/or "-" buttons
to adjust the timer for the units digit.
• Press the selection button of the
cooking area and then press the
"Timer" button; the timer will stop
and "—" will show on the timer
display (image 17 on page 8)
• When
you
countdown will start immediately
and the remaining time will show on
the display (image 18 on page 8)
• Note: the red dot next to the power
indicator will light up showing
which area has been selected (image
19 on page 8)
• Note. The timer can be set up to 99
minutes
• Note: Press the "+" or "-" button on
the timer to increase or decrease by
1 minute.
• Note: If you press and hold the "+"
or "-" button of the timer, time will
be increased or decreased by 10
minutes.
• Note: If the timer is set over 99
minutes it will automatically reset to
0 minutes.
