E 3i Underwater Macro Mode
In the E 3 underwater macro mode you can take
pictures at a close range (between 0.45-1m/1.5-3.3ft.
from the subject). This is useful when you are taking
pictures of small fish or shells since the flash always fires.
Underwater macro photography distance: 0.45-1m/
1.5~3.3ft.
(Apparent Distance Range: 0.34-0.75m/1.1-2.5ft.)
1. Turn the dial to SEXUS , hold the E, then press
the shutter button lightly,
2, Compose the picture so that the subject is within the
parallax correction lines. Gently press the shutter
button all the way down to take the picture.

* On land, the E 7 underwater macro mode close-ups
are fixed at 0.65m/2.1ft..
e Slide film cannot be used underwater.
