4.4.1 Diaphragm valve with mode FC / FO
Diaphragm valve with mode FC
► Use 3/2-way pressure solenoid valves (e.g. PV94 or MNL532).
► Connect the control pressure directly to the actuator via a hollow screw or remotely via multiple connection plates or valve
terminals, as required.
4.4.2 Diaphragm valve with mode DA
► Use 4/2 or 5/2 way pressure solenoid valves (e.g. MNL532 or 5470).
► Connect the control pressure directly to the actuator via a Namur connection plate or remotely via valve terminals, as required.
