Turn actuator through 90°.
5.
Align the diaphragm parallel to the sealing bar. In doing this, position the lugs of the diaphragm precisely between the narrow
guide rails of the inner housing. Tip: Diaphragm can be aligned better in "CLOSED" position.
6.
If necessary, move actuator to "OPEN" position. Position indicator is at the top.
7.
Place actuator on valve body and hand-tighten housing nut. The diaphragm is centered.
8.
Tighten housing nut with strap wrench/special tool until...
a gap dimension of 0.5mm to 1mm is reached between the valve body and the housing nut...

and the alignment mark on the housing nut is aligned with the friction lock.

Note: For valves with built-in stroke limitation, it is recommended to readjust the valve after reassembly.
