aceites causará serio daño interno al gato.
Añadir: estando el pistón bien bajando y el gato sobre tierra
plana, quite el tapón de relleno. Añada si el nivel ha quedado
más de 12.7mm (1/2") debajo del hueco.
Reemplazar: hay que reemplazar el aceite por lo menos
una vez al año. Para desaguar, quite el tapón y la válvula de
liberación. Tenga mucho cuidado de no permitir que entren
tierra o contaminantes al sistema.
Lubricación: ponga grasa en la guarnición de la base, y
engrase el husillo de la palanca de elevación con aceite por lo
menos una vez cada tres meses.
Prevención de oxidación: limpie y seque con un paño aceitoso
el pistón de la botella y el pistón de bomba cada 3 meses o
cuando aparezcan señas de oxidación o corrosión. Cuando
no se esté usando, siempre deje la montura y el pistón de
bomba completamente en su posición abajo.
Importante:
•
No exceder la capacidad de tolerancia del gato.
•
Nunca mueca el gato mientras lleve soportada la carga.
•
A veces durante el embarque y maniobro, se puede
atrapar aire en el sistema hidráulico, causando fallos o
dificultad con la elevación.

BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT
It is possible of causing malfunction by trapping air into the
hydraulic system of the jack during shipping or maneuvered.
To release air from the hydraulic system:
•
Make the handle of the release valve by turning clockwise,
only two turns.
•
Remove the oil filler cap.
•
Pump the jack's handle quickly several times.
•
Repeat steps if it is necessary. Remember to install the
oil filler cap.
USER'S INSTRUCTIONS
To rise:
•
Put the vehicle in park (or in the speed of manual
transmission) and apply the emergency brake.
•
Close tightly the release valve with right turns.
•
Center the jack under the load so that the mount firmly
grip the load and not slip (refer to your vehicle owner's
manual to find out the resulting contact points).
•
Pump the handle up and down until the saddle contacts
the load. Secure contact centered before proceeding.
Otherwise, refocus and follow.
•
Lift the jack to the desired height and place axle stands in
the indicated position. Slowly transfer the load to the axle
stands and remove the jack.
•
Reverse this procedure to remove the axle stands
Important:
Never move the jack standing on the level of operation or
within the sleeve valve, it can damage the unit.
To lower:
Open the release valve very slowly by left turns with the
valve open. The mount can be easily lowered by hand or foot.
