The construction and function of
the high pressure cleaner
Your new high pressure cleaner is con-
structed as shown in the functional dia-
gram and photo No. 2 - 4. The machine
consists of a low pressure side and a high
pressure side with a built-in boiler system
and high pressure pump (2.16). From the
water inlet (2.9), the water is carried
through the float valve (2.23), into the
water box/pre-heater (2.7). At maximum
water level the float valve shuts off the
water supply.
From the water box the water is sucked
into the three-cylinder pump which is dri-
ven by the electric motor (2.14). From the
low pressure chamber of the high pressure
pump the water is sucked through the suc-
tion valves into the cylinders. Here the
water is pressurized and pumped through
the pressure valves into the high pressure
side and into the coil (2.6) where it is heat-
ed to the required temperature by hot
water or (steam)**.
The operating temperature is set and
adjusted on the switch (2.28). The water is
pumped through the pressure outlet (2.31)
into the high pressure hose (2.25), to the
pistol (2.26), the lances (2.27) and out
through the nozzles (2.1) and (2.2).
The pressure of the high pressure cleaner
is adjustable on the pressure regulation
handle (2.3) and can be read on the pres-
sure gauge (2.24). If the water pressure
exceeds the normal working pressure the
built-in safety valve (2.20) will open the by-

Flame control

Yuor machine may be equipped with flam-
mme control.
The flame control (2.8) supervises the oil
burner operation. Any flame failure condi-
tion will cause the oil burner to be switched
off after 10 seconds. The machine will then
continue operation as a cold water clean-
er.
Stop the high pressure cleaner by setting
the switch (2.28) in position "0". Remedy
the fault (see Fault finding) and restart the
machine.
DESCRIPTION
pass and thereby prevent damage to the
high pressure cleaner.
From the fuel tank (2.11) the fuel is sucked
through the fuel filter (2.13/4.36) and on to
the burner.
The high pressure cleaner can operate
with either cold water, hot water or steam.
For hot water or steam operation the inlet
water is pre-heated on the low pressure
side in the pre-heater, while on the high
pressure side it is heated by means of the
burner (2.10) to the operating temperature
in the boiler coil.
(The high pressure cleaner is equipped
with a steam device (2.19). Through recir-
culation it is possible to heat the water to
130°C.)**
Detergent is added via the detergent valve
(2.17) from an external detergent tank
(2.15) which may be placed on the holder
for detergent tank. By means of the deter-
gent regulator (2.29) it is possible to dose
up to 6% detergent.
The dose pump doses water softener from
the container (3.32) into the water box
(2.7).

SAFETY CIRCUITS

Overheating protector

The overheating protector (2.4) stops the
high pressure cleaner if the temperature of
the boiler cap exceeds 60°C.

Overload protector

Thermal switches in the pump motor hous-
ing will protect the motor against overheat-
ing.

Water level control

The water level control (2.22) disconnects
the burner at too low water level.
Stop the high pressure cleaner by turning
the switch (2.28) to pos. "0". Correct the
fault (see fault finding) and restart the
machine.
