Slide thehinge pin into the holelocatedon the mountingtab, as in

up the hinge pin on the otherside and pushpin all the wayin until
it reachesthe end-stop.At this pointthe pin clips intoplaceand is
securedbya tab in the baggercover.See Fig. 4-14.
