Troubleshooting
Problem
The screen does not turn on.
The food is
undercooked/overcooked.
Smoke is coming out of the
appliance during the first use.
The appliance emits a smell.
The control panel is
unresponsive.

Cause
Power failure
Power outlet without power or
poor contact
The supply voltage does not
match the nominal voltage of
the product
Circuit board failure
Incorrect selected time or
temperature.
Too much food in the basket.
There are traces of antioxidant
oil in the air fryer.
There are food residues inside
the fryer.
There are oil or water residues
on the control panel.
There are oil or water residues
on your hands.
Solution
Check the condition and
maintenance of the power supply
equipment
Contact our Technical Support
Service
Adjust the temperature and
cooking time according to the
amount of food and cooking
preferences.
If you have too much food, fry
them in batches. Less food in the
basket allows for more even
heating.
Preheat the fryer for 10 to 15
minutes at the maximum
temperature.
Clean the fryer and its
accessories as described in the
"Cleaning" section.
Clean and dry the control panel
with a cloth.
Wash and dry your hands.
