Loose connections (fittings, tubing, etc.).
Loose drain valve.
Check valve for leaks.
Check tank for cracks or crevices.
Excess water in the air reservoir.
High humidity.
Defective pressure switch.
Excessive air demand.
Air leakage.
Loose mounting screws
Broken inlet valves.
Dirty suction filter.
Leaking connections.
Check all connections with a soap and water
solution and tighten them.
Tighten the drain valve.
Disassemble the check valve assembly, clean
or replace it.
Replace the reservoir. Never repair a damaged
reservoir.
CAUTION: If there is air in the reservoir,
bleed the reservoir first.
Drainage tank.
Move to an area with less humidity.
Replace the switch.
Use tools sized to the flow rate that the
compressor can deliver.
Check all connections with a soap and water
solution to see where the leak can be found.
Tighten the screws
Have the unit repaired by an authorized
service representative.
Clean or replace the suction filter.
Tighten connections.
