NOTE: The following assembly order is important.
Slide the "Tilt Adjustment Bolt" all the way through as shown.
Screw in the "Tilt Range Knob" as shown and just nip up.
Using a Philips screwdriver, screw in the small "Tilt Range Screw" and tighten up.
Next, screw on the "Tilt Adjustment Knob" as shown and just nip up.
