4 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

4.1 Description of the Controls and Elements

Front panel

On / Off key. This turns on the instrument, and the user can select either
manual or automatic power-off.

OSD key. Enables the measurement information displayed on-screen in TV
mode (level measurement) to be selected.
It allows also to visualize the TV image corresponding to the input digital signal.
Activation / deactivation of teletext Zoom function.

Activation of VOLUME, CONTRAST and BRIGHTNESS control menus.

Rotary selector-button. This has many different functions: tuning control,
moving between the various on-screen menus and sub-menus, and validation
of the different options.
