USE AND OPERATION
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, al-
low the appliance to cool for 10 to 15 min.,
so that the oil reaches a temperature be-
tween 50 and 120.

Slowly open the drain tap (A).

Empty the oil from the tank into the collec-

tion tray (B).
Close the drain tap (A) once the operation is

complete.
Close the hatch.

ATTENTION: Do not dump oil in the
environment; dispose of it in accordance
with the laws in force in the country of use.
If the safety thermostat trips, the appliance
needs to be reset to the initial working condi-
tions as follows.
Let the oil cool down to 30-40°C.
