Information on induction cooking
Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology. The
induction hob works by electromagnetic vibrations that generate heat directly in the
cookware, rather than indirectly by heating the surface of the glass. The glass heats up
because the cookware is hot.
