Possible Cause
● Power cord has not been inserted
into the power socket
● Did not set the cook model
● Didn't click the ON/OFF button
after select cook model.
● Too much food in the basket
● Temperature set is too low
● Cooking time is short
● Certain foods need to be shaken
in the middle of cooking.
● Some food materials have to be
fried with oil
● The pot with too many food

Solution
● Closely insert the power cord into the
grounded power socket.
● Click the model selection button to select
appreciate cook model, then click the
ON/OFF button
● Click the ON/OFF button
● Fry food in turns
● Set to an appropriate temperature, re-fry
food.
● Set an appropriate cooking time, re-fry food.
● In the middle of cooking process, pull the pot
out and shake it to separate the overlapped
food material, then push the pot back to
continue.
● Plush a thin layer of oil on the surface of the
food first, then start to fry them.
● The food material in the basket can not
exceed the max. line.
● Press the basket into the pot.
● Place the handle bar in horizontal position.
● Normal phenomenon.
● Please clean the pot and basket after use.
