When standing on the platform your feet must always be at equal distance from the centre
of the plate.
The speeds are referred to as frequency the amplitude refers to the distance your feet are
travelling up and down while on the platform.
You can increase the frequency of the machine with higher speeds or intensity of the session
by simply moving your feet further away from the center of the plate.
Your feet should never be wider than your shoulder width. It is important at all times to maintain
balance while on the machine. Keep your knees slightly bent and directly above your toes.
Don't place your weight too close to the edge of the platform as this may cause the machine to
become unstable. Always keep your weight towards the center of the platform.
Proper Hydration We suggest that the user stay well-hydrated by drinking at least 300ml
(16 ounces) of water before, during, and after each exercise session.
Limitations
It is imperative that you do not over-exert or work out to exhaustion.
If, at any time, you experience dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or any pain, you should
stop exercising and consult a physician before continuing with any exercise program.
